The Sales Executive (B2C) will report to the B2C Client Services Manager. The candidate will work to support the full private, Croi Conaithe and Affordable Purchase customer contracting and closing process, ensuring timely execution, accurate forecasting, and strong stakeholder coordination. The role supports data-driven reporting, CRM integrity and the Cairn reputation in the market.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the B2C Client Services Manager and the wider Transaction and Sales teams to ensure that contracts are monitored from initial stages through to exchange and closing.
- Ensure the coordination of legal documents required to issue contracts for sale.
- Responsible for accurate and realistic forecasting by monitoring closing dates and contract status and highlight any high-risk areas.
- Organisation and management of regular legal & agent / Housing body meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficiency of operations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sales customer journey.
- Responsible for updating and monitoring relevant systems including Dynamics D365, department & company wide reports to ensure business reporting is accurate
- Work with the B2C Client Services Manager to prepare & deliver weekly contract status reports
- Responsible for the closing journey by engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure closings occur within specified timeframe.
- Coordination of closing legal documentation from all stakeholders including design teams and management Companies if applicable.
- Scheduling of all customer and stakeholder appointments during the closing process in relation to snags, inspections, valuations and closings ensuring follow up to close out.
- Work closely with the Finishing & Site teams across developments to ensure the customer journey is delivered.
- Ensure consistent quality standards are achieved to ensure a best-in-class Customer experience.
- Agile approach to deliver on Cairn’s housing portfolio and actively identify further growth opportunities.
The Candidate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in real estate with a Property Economics, Property Development, Commercial Agency, or Estate Management background.
- Agency experience is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail-orientation.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- The ability to work independently using their own initiative.
