We are currently recruiting for a Building Services and Operations Administrator to support the wider function. This role will be based across Central office & Site.

Key responsibilities:

Typically the candidate will be expected to undertake and assist with the following duties:

  • Support the Head of Building Services with calendar management, mailbox management and administration support. Assisting with the set up and facilitation of internal & external meetings.
  • Assist Building Services and associated teams (Utilities, DMS and Fleet & Plant) with administrative support and preparing required presentations.
  • Attending function related meetings, monitoring team tasks, taking notes & tracking actions, issuing prompts/reminders and summarising responses. Issuing minutes as required
  • Management of the Building Services documents folder and continually assist documentation updates as required, including ISO requirements.
  • Support development and compiling of reports, presentations and communications to a high standard for internal and external use, taking the lead as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Support with the organisation of team events
  • Support the compiling and transfer of information/documents/reports to various teams within the business with the support of team members
  • Ad hoc administration support to Building Services, Utilities, DMS and F&P teams

 The candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a challenging administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong IT skills with competency across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels across functional departments.
  • A strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment where relationships, organisation, and a high attention to detail is required.
  • A flexible approach to supporting the team improvement.
  • Self-motivated team player, but with the ability to work on one’s own initiative.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
