We’re seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy & execution for a selection of our development brands. This is a hands-on role that spans brand creation, strategic planning, campaigning, placemaking, and showcourt presentation. You’ll be responsible for shaping how our developments are perceived and experienced, ensuring each brand resonates with its audience and reflects our values. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing – B2C and works closely with cross-functional teams including Development, Sales, and Design. 

Objectives of this role 

  • Brand Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute brand identities for assigned developments, ensuring alignment with Cairn’s overarching brand vision.
  • Campaign Development: Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for each development.
  • Placemaking: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create vibrant, community-focused environments that enhance the value of our developments.
  • Showcourt Presentation: Oversee the design and delivery of showcourts and marketing suites, ensuring they reflect the brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class marketing outputs.
  • Performance & Budget Management: Manage budgets and measure campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the broader marketing strategy, bringing insights and innovation to the team.
  • Agency management: Work with Cairn’s roster of marketing agencies to develop close working relationships that enhance the deliver of best in class work

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within property, development, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to navigate relationships with senior executives and industry partners. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Proficiency in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. 
  • A proactive and strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities to enhance Cairn’s brand positioning.
  • Experience in placemaking or experiential marketing is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
