We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to join our growing Quality team. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support, help maintain and improve quality processes and ensure compliance with internal standards across our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for quality team with preparation, review, and assistance with updating and maintaining quality documentation.
- Assist in the Monthly quality audits of each site, undertake quality auditing and reporting as set out in our quality procedures.
- Attend Quality Kick off and ongoing site-based quality meetings where required and ensure meeting minutes are being captured and reported.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff across the organisation and develop strong working relationships with the Cairn Quality Team.
- Work with Senior Quality Supervisors to maintain the On-site quality trackers and ensure these are up to date.
- Assist Quality Team to maintain and update project quality documentation including quality management plans, checklists, benchmarks and all other quality related documents.
- Ensure all project quality records are saved in accordance with company procedures in our integrated Management System (ISO)
- Assist in the preparation of quality presentations and training materials as required.
- Work with the Site Administrators to ensure quality and compliance documentation is uploaded to our DMS from Site teams and subcontractors based on our monthly audit reports.
- Undertake such other tasks as may be requested by your manager.
The Candidate:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
