Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Head of Sales and the wider sales team across multiple residential developments. This position combines sales process coordination, administrative support and the creation of compelling sales collateral and presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a keen ability to work cross-functionally with design, technical and construction teams to ensure all sales information and collateral are accurate and delivered on time.
Sales Process, Analytics & Reporting
- Support the Head of Sales with administrative sales forecasting, planning and reporting.
- Manage and update sales information for all developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and collate weekly/monthly sales figures, pipeline coverage and performance reports for management.
- Coordinate the pre-sales process from client deposit to contract and closing, ensuring all CRM records and documentation are up to date.
- Work with the Sales team to analyse, interpret and present sales, customer and market data to the Head of Sales, identifying trends, opportunities and potential performance improvements.
- Track and analyse new developments, market research and home design trends, providing market insights to the sales team and management.
- Develop, maintain and continually enhance KPIs, reports and business intelligence dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights for the Sales team.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and accessibility across the Sales function on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, translating data into clear conclusions, recommendations and actionable business insights.
- Support continuous improvement of data reporting processes, helping to drive efficiency, visibility and informed decision-making across the business.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating CRM, sales data to monitor performance, pipeline progression, sales velocity and key business KPIs.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Approximately 3 years’ experience in residential property sales, sales operations, or a similar administrative support role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (required).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to create clear, compelling presentations and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Motivated to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
- Professional approach and strong team player.
