The Site Presentation Executive is responsible for ensuring top-tier customer experience and product presentation excellence and strong relationship management. Acting as a key liaison between the Business Development Function and Project Teams, the Site Presentation Executive plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining standards across the entire lifecycle of a project.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Site Presentation Manager, the site presentation Executive's responsibilities include:
- Engaging with all customer groups (B2C/B2B/B2G) across all Cairn sites throughout the product development and customer journey, creating a standardised and bespoke (when required) presentation approach across all customers through the sales journey.
- Maintaining a regular presence at all Cairn sites, both pre and post-launch, to ensure standards of excellence are upheld consistently.
- Facilitating seamless communication between the Business Development and Project Teams to address any issues, including potential delays affecting sales activities and presentation standards.
- Engaging with customer leads to address urgent and potential issues in collaboration with relevant site teams.
- Providing a weekly report on live site engagements to the Head of Sales Operations, tracking visits and planned engagements.
- Ensuring a weekly presence at the Head Office to align with reporting requirements.
- Overseeing the delivery of on site presentation including launches, covering aspects like ongoing show court presentation, information suite setup, signage, branding, and temporary directional signage.
- Taking responsibility for the presentation of all common areas, internal and external, by coordinating with project teams to maintain excellence across all sites and customer segments.
- Constantly reviewing and updating signage and development branding across all sites.
- Managing presentation and access to show units and walk-through units for all customers.
- Record and monitor all invoices relating to show homes, flooring of walk-through units, paint schedules and inventory lists both in an appropriate filing system and on CRM.
- Manage stock levels of Cairn marketing material, PPE and any other necessary items in show homes.
- Developing site presentation quality standards to educate project teams and to ensure consistency company wide.
- Responsible for attending bi‑weekly and monthly check‑ins, tracking progress against project timelines, managing all active projects, and simultaneously planning and preparing for upcoming pipeline initiatives, with regular updates required.
- Be available to work weekends during key launch periods
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property, construction, or related fields; experience in New Homes or residential development preferable but not essential.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team coordination across sales, marketing, and construction teams.
- Relevant third-level qualification; marketing, property, or project management disciplines advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects across various locations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Full driving licence and own transport required (multi-site role).
