Site Presentation Manager

Cairn is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Presentation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping Cairn’s customer journey and site presentation strategy, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation and commercial performance.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision for site presentation and customer engagement, supported by a roadmap that elevates Cairn’s market position.
  • Create standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency across all processes, ensuring every action is executed with a quality-focused approach.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing and Construction to align strategies, drive collaboration and deliver an integrated customer experience.
  • Act as the senior owner of the end-to-end customer journey across B2C, B2B and B2G, embedding consistency while creating tailored experiences for all customers.
  • Full financial planning, cost management, and budget accountability for presentation strategy.
  • Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for all aspects of presentation, branding, signage and customer-facing environments
  • Oversee execution across all live and pipeline projects, ensuring delivery consistency at scale and proactive resolution of challenges.
  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are embedded into every stage of the sales journey from pre-launch engagement to after sales care and beyond.
  • Embeds brand values into every customer touchpoint and elevates brand perception
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure customer engagement impact and presentation effectiveness reporting at SMT and Leadership level.
  • Lead transformation initiatives that evolve Cairn’s presentation and customer experience approach ensuring future scalability and industry leadership.
  • Conduct research into customer trends, competitor standards and emerging innovations to inform strategy and maintain competitive differentiation.
  • Drive initiatives that directly influence sales performance, brand perception and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate in customer journey delivery, leveraging digital tools, new methodologies and design thinking.

 Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior customer experience or product presentation role.
  • Proven people management skills with ability to lead and develop teams at multiple levels.  
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and cost control.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering multi-site programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and apply market, competitor, and customer research to strategy.
  • Experience in construction, real estate or property development is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence at senior level.
