As Façade Manager, you will manage all façade-related activities throughout project stages, ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will be essential from early design coordination to installation, testing, and final delivery on complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate façade design and manage technical submissions
- Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations
- Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
- Promote best practices for façade installation and integration
- Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes
- Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
What You Bring
- Proven experience delivering façade works on large-scale residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and detailing for SFS and Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork and Render
- Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills
- Familiar with BIM and digital construction platforms
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
