Key Responsibilities;

• Support the maintenance and due diligence of our internal portfolio / financial appraisals.
• Support early-stage business planning and development assessment of the private, commercial, rental, and affordable sector.
• Work with senior members of the Investment Team in providing accurate financial modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio for review by the Head of Investment.
• Work cross functionally in compiling, preparing and finalising development appraisals to support key decision making.
• Market research of the affordable, social, commercial and MFU sectors in Ireland and globally.
• Support feasibility and sensitivity analysis etc. of potential acquisition opportunities for the business.
• Issuing regular reports on Cairn’s extensive portfolio options to be reviewed by senior members of the Investment Team and Director of Business Development.

The candidate;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in real estate with a Property Economics, Property Development, Real Estate quantitative / finance, background.
• A keen interest in real estate development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail-orientation.
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
• The ability to work independently using their own initiative.
• A clean driving license and have access to vehicle.
