Investment Graduate

Cairn has a unique opportunity for a high calibre Investment Graduate to join our Investment and Asset Management Team.

Key Responsibilities;  

• Support the maintenance and due diligence of our internal development portfolio appraisals.  
• Support early-stage business planning and development assessment of all potential customer exits or sales routes.  
• Commercial acumen, including report writing, presentation skills and project management. 
• Work with members of the Investment Team in providing accurate investment modelling and scenario planning to enable effective decision making across the portfolio for review by the Head of Investment.  
• Work cross functionally in compiling, preparing and finalising development appraisals to support key decision making. 
• Market research across all real estate sectors in Ireland and globally.  
• Support feasibility and sensitivity analysis etc. of potential acquisition opportunities for the business. 
• Issuing regular reports on Cairn’s extensive portfolio options to be reviewed by senior members of the Investment Team.  

The candidate; 

• A keen interest in real estate development is essential  
• Qualification: Not limited to but would be an advantage. Property Economics, Real Estate Valuations, Property Development 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required, needs to enjoy working across multiple functions, Planning / Cost Planning / Design / Finance etc, in a collaborative manner.  
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail-orientation.  
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets 
• The ability to work independently using their own initiative.  
• A clean driving license and have access to vehicle.
