Cairn has a unique opportunity for a high calibre Maintenance Coordinator, to work across multiple sites within the Greater Dublin region. Working closely with the Customer Care team, this role supports in resolving a broad range of maintenance issues for our homeowners by delivering an exceptional level of problem solving and customer service. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to coordinate technical staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and supervising of subcontractor maintenance works across multiple large-scale residential developments.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service in interactions with homeowners and site teams to get results.
  • Interact with homeowners in a knowledgeable, confident and professional manner.
  • Successful troubleshooting ahead of scheduled visits to increase customer satisfaction and reduce turnaround time.
  • Respond to reactive requests and schedule follow up of works in a timely manner.
  • Work within health and safety, quality control and environmental standards and procedures and report non-compliance.
  • Monitor contract performance in line with Cairn values & actively report on recurring trends in order to drive knowledge share within the teams.
  • Identify and implement innovations that will improve service delivery.
  • Utilisation of the CRM to capture data relating to cases & close out issues once resolved.
  • Attend and actively contribute to team meetings.
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work collaboratively to provide quality seamless customer service.

The Candidate:

  • Strong maintenance or facilities background with customer service experience essential.
  • Trade or construction background with experience of building services an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong MS products skills (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Very organised and self-motivated with a proven ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
