The Marketing Executive - Developments will report directly to the Portfolio Marketing Manager. The role will involve working closely with the wider marketing team and third-party agencies to ensure best-in-class campaigns from pre-launch awareness throughout the sales lifecycle for all Cairn customers & developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team and agency partners in the delivery of marketing materials from ATL to BTL to site-specific collateral from sign-off.
- Responsible for sales presentation on all external platforms such as property portals and websites, including those maintained by external partners.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of development information on the Cairn website, including that of guides, links and registrations.
- Responsible for lead generation on CRM and accurate reporting of same.
- Track enquiries offering analysis on trends and the impact of Marketing/campaign activity on lead generation.
- Conduct and share ongoing competitor and industry activity, offering analysis and possible impact on Cairn’s activity.
- Support in the planning and rollout of an annual Marketing plan for all Cairn developments.
- Support in ongoing internal communication requirements.
- Responsible for content creation and day-to-day coordination and monitoring of both external social channels and internal platforms in relation to Cairn developments.
- Support the Portfolio Marketing Manager in preparing briefs for third parties.
- Work with Sales Operations Manager to ensure Marketing campaigns and all sales & marketing collateral is produced in a timely manner, in line with the Sales plan.
- Liaise with agency partners on work planning and booking campaign activity.
- Manage a calendar of campaign activity and deadline dates.
- Organise necessary photography/video/VR.
- Monitor, maintain and update all live campaign activity.
- Ensure brand compliance across all projects.
- Manage filing of marketing collateral and version control of assets.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years working in brand/marketing roles.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
