Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate
The Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate will provide operational support to the Strategic Partnerships team across B2B and B2G channels, ensuring seamless delivery of partnership initiatives. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, supporting efficient processes and exceptional client experience.
The Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate will report into the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Process Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for partnership projects, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across the partnership lifecycle.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Investment, Finance, Technical, Legal) to ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments.
- Facilitate communication between Strategic Partnerships and other business units to align on priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries from clients and partners, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
- Support onboarding and relationship management activities for new and existing partners.
- Represent the Strategic Partnerships team in internal forums and contribute to client-facing meetings when required.
The candidate:
- 3–4 years’ experience in operations, business support, or partnership management within B2B or B2G environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting, data tracking, and process improvement; comfortable preparing presentations and dashboards.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware; capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Degree in business, operations, or a related discipline preferred; familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite advantageous.
